Which one is right for you?

If you want to watch the stars under one of the best skies in the world → I chose Calafate Night. I chose Calafate Night. You go to Estancia La Catalina (about 30 km along Provincial Route 11), far from the town lights, and explore the Patagonian sky with a telescope alongside a specialized astronomer: stars, constellations, nebulae, and the Milky Way. It ends with a group photo and a light painting session while viewing the moon, planets, nebulae, and the Milky Way.
If you prefer folklore, live show and gaucho culture → I chose Estancia 25 de Mayo. Afternoon in the countryside with sheep herding and shearing. The option + Dinner includes lamb roast, empanadas and live Argentinean folkloric dance show. Closer to town (at the foot of Cerro Calafate), ideal if you want a night gaucho experience.
If you are looking for the most complete full-day stay experience → I chose Nibepo Aike Ranch. Full day with shearing, herding with sheepdogs, Creole skills, climb to Cerro Cristal to see the Perito Moreno and lunch with Patagonian lamb. The most authentic estancia, although it takes up the whole day.
If you want ancestral culture with cave paintings → I chose Nativo Experience. 4×4 ride to Cuevas de Walichu, Tehuelche rock art thousands of years old, and Patagonian dinner served inside the cave. Archaeological and historical approach with gastronomy, less gaucho but more mystic.
